Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a consistent rate of 2-3 successful joiners per month.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in technology recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT landscape.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
• Must own a personal laptop for work.
• Candidates should reside close to Marathahalli, Bangalore, for easy commute to the office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
