We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale our team by attracting top-tier tech talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to shape recruitment strategies, drive sourcing, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top technical talent through various channels.

- Strategic Sourcing: Use data-driven techniques for effective talent acquisition.

- Collaboration: Work with leadership to align recruitment with business needs.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

- Employer Branding: Enhance the company's brand within the tech community.

Qualifications:

- 3 - 10 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS startups.

- Strong knowledge of tech roles like *software development, ML, DevOps*.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in *Engineering or related fields*.
