Currently, we are in search of an experiencedTechnical Project Managerto join our workremoteteamto lead the projects. As a Project Manager (Technical) at TotalAI Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of PHP-based SaaS projects. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, including developers (front-end & back-end), QA engineers, AI team and other stakeholders, ensuring project success and delivering solutions that align with our company's mission and goals. Assertiveness, effective communication and the ability to work with ambiguity are key to your success in this role.
The following are some of the responsibilities for this position:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and leading teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Oversee the entire team and their work, comprising both front-end and back-end developers, as well as the AI and QA teams.
- Work closely with developers and other technical teams to understand project requirements and recommend solutions and technologies to support project goals.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure thorough testing of PHP-based applications.
- Communicate project status, milestones and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in project management and software development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

- Proven track record of success in a project management role with at least 4 years of experience in a SAAS environment with a focus on PHP-based projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working with remote teams and managing cross-cultural collaboration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
