Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Nagpur. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical tasks, coordinating project timelines, ensuring effective communication among team members, and leading project teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, program management, project management, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong Program Management and Project Management experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with software development processes
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Project Management Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
