Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of project management experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading complex projects, creating strategic plans, and developing impactful presentations using PowerPoint. This role requires a professional who can drive projects to success while aligning with our company's vision and goals.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define project strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with business goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.

Presentation and Communication:

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project status, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex project data into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to senior management and clients.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into project management practices.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management methodologies.

  • Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of Project Management experience
    • Strong experience in rudimentary reporting and business intelligence.
    • Adavanced in creating dashboards and business decks.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to quickly adapt and make necessary changes to reports and presentations.
    • Experience with financial tracking and analysis.
    • Ability to understand and articulate high-level AI concepts.
    • Background in business intelligence or related field (preferred but not required).

    Skills:

    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence tools).
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
