Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of technical projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Team Management:
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Quality Management:
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

- Technical Understanding:
- Possess understanding in areas of application programming, database, system design, and Internet technologies.

- Experience in a leadership role within a technology-focused organization.
