Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT application projects, ensuring successful development, deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ongoing maintenance. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Education: Full-Time B. Tech/B.E./MCA and MBA from a recognized institute.
- Total Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the IT domain.
- Project Management Experience: More than 5 years of experience in handling large IT application projects as a project/program manager.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading at least three projects of comparable nature, covering all phases: development, deployment, UAT, and O&M.
- Certifications: PMP or Prince 2 certification (desired).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage project challenges
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large IT application projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, including development, deployment, UAT, and operation & maintenance (O&M) phases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project processes and methodologies, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and quality.
