Technical Project Manager

We are an emerging tech startup focused on developing an innovative mobile

application using the Flutter platform. As we collaborate with a dedicated development

agency, we are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to oversee the technical

aspects of the project, ensure quality control, and provide on-demand support. The

Technical Project Manager will manage the progress of the external development

agency, ensuring technical standards are met, and offering strategic guidance when

necessary. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong technical

foundation, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a

fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review the external development agency's progress, ensuring

milestones are achieved and technical quality is maintained.

2. Provide technical guidance and support during the mobile app development

lifecycle.

3. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in code quality,

security, and performance.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are aligned with overall

company objectives.

5. Ensure seamless handover of the complete scope post completion from the

external development agency.

6. Provide technical support, especially in troubleshooting and resolving complex

issues.

7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive

continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelors in computer science or computer engineering.

2. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with expertise in mobile

application development.

3. Strong knowledge of object oriented programming

4. Experience with full stack web development

5. Understanding of cross platform mobile app development and networking (Flutter

is preferred)

6. Experience in database management and design (SQL and NoSQL databases).

7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

efficiently.

8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external

partners and internal stakeholders.

9. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in managing or collaborating with external development teams.

2. Experience with Flutter mobile development

3. Familiarity with cloud services and deployment (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).

4. Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

5. Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in this field.
