Position:- Technical Project Manager (Telcom Sector) Lead the end-to-end delivery of telecom software projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
Collaborate with technical leads to define project architecture, design, and implementation strategies. Provide hands-on technical guidance to the development team, helping to solve complex technical challenges.
Develop detailed technical project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Drive the execution of development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering and telecom standards.
Continuously monitor project progress and make technical adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
Work closely with technical leads and developers to foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
Enforce quality standards for all deliverables, ensuring rigorous testing and validation processes are followed.
Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies, software development tools, and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies to enhance project efficiency and product quality.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical project management role within the telecom industry.
Experience in telecom protocols, network management systems, or telecom software solutions (e.g., 4G/5G, IMS, VoIP).
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based deployment.
Familiarity with telecom testing tools and environments
