Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee our technical projects involving Java, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in managing technical projects, a strong background in software development, and excellent communication skills.
- Manage the full life cycle of technical projects involving Java, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and other related technologies.
- closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that projects stay on track and within budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance project delivery and implementation.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with a strong background in software development.
- Strong understanding of Java, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
