Technical Project Manager

Lead end-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Collaborate with development, engineering, and design teams to define project scope and objectives and develop solutions.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and quality assurance.

Manage project documentation including timelines, user stories, and technical specifications.

Lead end-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Lead and Monitor junior developers in the team.

Qualifications

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

**Experience:** 7+ years of experience in project management with a focus on technology or software development projects.

**Technical Skills:** Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies. Need to be well versed with -SharePoint Online, SharePoint Development, SharePoint configuration and Deployments, HTML, JavaScript, Power Platforms, Power BI, Power Apps

**Tools:** Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

**Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

**Certifications:** Good to have: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifications .
