- Forgeahead is looking for experienced Technical Project Manager for Pune location.
- An ideal candidate is one who has strong hands-on experience in project management, requirement gathering along with people and client management.
Technical Skills:
- 9 to 15 years of experience in Software development and Project Management
- Should have at least 3-4 years of experience managing Software development projects
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies and mobile
- Java/J2EE/Open Source Technologies like Python/ROR/PHP etc.
- Hands on experience on Product Development Life Cycle
- Project Management skills in Requirement Management, Planning, Estimation, Analysis, Team Customer Management
- Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/GreenHopper, Rally or equivalent
Behavioral Skills:
- Able to lead through influence and inspire passion in others
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written)
- Master a million details and quality check
- Personal track record of process improvement/re-engineering
- Able to conduct research into project-related issues and products

Role and Responsibilities:
- Enhance and Optimize Product Design, Architect applications/solutions
- To lead project delivery and provide techno-functional support to project teams for multiple projects
- Interaction with clients and/ or implementation team, Handling multiple client accounts
- Analyses, designs, plans, executes and evaluates work to time, cost and quality targets
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and monitor them
Preferred Skills Required:
- Understanding of DEVOPS(Development Operations), Cloud Computing etc.
- Understanding of latest trends and technologies including mobile based applications preferred
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science)
- Master's degree preferred
- Certified Scrum Master Preferred
