- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans and timelines. Allocate resources and manage project budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to establish a comprehensive project schedule and implementation plan.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to finalize a project charter detailing scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and oversee project documentation, ensuring approval through change request processes.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Motivate project team members and facilitate effective communication.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project milestones, providing regular updates and status reports to MPSEDC.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality standards.
- Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Job Qualifications
- :Education: BE/ Btech with MCA/ MB
- AProject Management Skills: Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment. Certification such as PMP/ ITIL/ Six Sigma / PRINCE2 is mandatory
- .Must have overall experience of 12 years
- Must have a minimum experience of 6 years as a technical lead or Project manage
- rMust have led at least 3 (three) Projects in the capacity of a Project Manage
- rDemonstrable experience in managing projects involving BI tools/AI/M
- LAt least 5 years of experience in working in IT related Project Management Units in Centre/State/Public Sector Unit
