- Responsibilities and Duties:
Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams.
Create and document the scope of work including business requirements, budget, project plan and technical specifications for each project.
Plan for, allocate and manage resourcesboth internally and freelance.
Focus on continuous improvement, spotting opportunities for more effective ways of working and recommending solutions, both internally and to clients.
Provide the development and sales team with support and guidance on project specific processes, procedures, tools, training, and techniques.
Be the technical point of contact for the project, responsible for providing day to day technical communication and project status updates to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions, assign the work and make sure deliverables are met.
Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
You will identify deviations between project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed.
Ensure all client deliverables are met.
Set up meetings with clients, relaying all important information to the appropriate teams.
Monitor ongoing status of projects and communicate with clients to keep up to date.
Deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget projects to clients.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1+ years of project management experience.
Accountable, takes initiative & quality focused.
Client service focused with great interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communicator & collaborator.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done.
