About The Role
The Technical Project Manager will manage projects related to Adobe Campaign implementation and optimization. This role will bridge the gap between technical teams and marketing stakeholders, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical proficiency with Adobe Campaign, and excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for Adobe Campaign initiatives. Track progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between marketing, IT, and external vendors. Facilitate communication to ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the technical aspects of Adobe Campaign projects, including data integration, system configuration, and troubleshooting. Ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, documenting project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide training and support for team members on Adobe Campaign functionalities and best practices. Help drive user adoption and effective usage of the platform.
- Analyse project outcomes and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements to processes and workflows based on insights gained
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M.Tech Computer Science, etc.)
Relevant Experience
- 6+ Years with Adobe Campaign
- Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack
