Role Description: The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of software development projects. This role involves coordinating with the development team, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Technical background or understanding of the technologies used by the development team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, logical & problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development projects.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.

Chennai, India / Remote work option available
