What will you do

Project Lifecycle Management:

1. Assume ownership of the project(s) and ensure the delivery of client needs by comprehending client requirements and transforming them into robust and scalable deliverables.

2. Supervise and control every facet of the project lifecycle, spanning initiation through closure, with a primary emphasis on achieving functional and technical objectives efficiently.

3. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, trackers, checklists, and SOPs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

4. Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify potential risks or issues.

Client Collaboration:

1. Work closely with clients and Customer Success team to understand & document their requirements and expectations

2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns

Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

1. Work with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring technical alignment with project goals.

2. Effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and timelines to team members.

3. Empower the team to proactively address blockers and remove internal and external impediments.

Risk Management:

1. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Proactively address any challenges that may impact the project timeline or quality.

Budget and Resource Management:

1. Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.

2. Monitor and control project expenses (based on identified KPIs), ensuring optimal resource utilisation.

Quality Assurance:

1. Implement and enforce quality throughout the project lifecycle, including the technical and infrastructure processes and best practices compliance

2. Ensure that deliverables meet the defined quality standards for client expectations, and regulatory compliance.

What are we looking for

  • B.Tech or MCA degree in a relevant field; Any project management certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management, specifically with a focus on cross-functional team coordination and management.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert client needs to technical solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in general and technical project management tools and software(s)
  • Capability to make decisions using limited internal or external data and information
  • Past experience in Product delivery is desirable but not mandatory.
