nEssential Functional Roles & Responsibilities:

- nParticipate in discussion with customers to gather information and requirements
- nExperience in analysis, design, development, code review
- nInvolved in creation of technical design documents and review of low level design documents
- nCandidates should have hands-on experience in developing and unit testing software using agile or scrum methodologies.
- nCandidate should have technical leadership and direction for a team of Java developers
- nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- ncarry out code reviews and quality assurance checks
- nContribute to the entire software development lifecycle.
- nCollaborate with front-end developers, mobile app developers, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate APIs.
- nParticipating in group meetings to discuss projects and objectives.

nRequired Skills:
n
- nSound knowledge in core and advanced Java, including OOP concepts, Collections Framework, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- nExperience with Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Security, Hibernate, or JPA).
- nKnowledge of Spring Security for securing applications.
- nExpertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using frameworks
- nExperience in microservice based architecture development.
- nVersion control using tools like Git.
- nHands-on experience in database design and optimize database schemas, proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- nBasic understanding of the Linux platform.
- nExperience in event based development like ActiveMQ, Kafka,
- nCaching (Redis, Mmcache)
- nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI,
- nExperience in running applications using Docker containers.
- nCloud experience is an added advantage.
