We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join OPTIMAS.AI. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO to drive key projects and programs while offering both technical leadership and administrative support. This is a global role requiring flexibility, management across multiple time zones, and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Program Oversight:
- Manage all ongoing projects within the CEO's office, ensuring milestones are met.
- Prioritize projects based on urgency, risk, and impact on the business.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication across departments.
Administrative Support:
- Act as a proxy for administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
- Handle email correspondence, ensuring important matters receive attention.
- Assist with preparing reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Presentation Creation:
- Develop high-quality presentations for key meetings, including board meetings, client presentations, and internal strategy sessions.
- Translate complex data, technical information, and project details into concise, visually appealing slides.
- Ensure presentations align with company branding and clearly convey strategic messages.
Cybersecurity and Product Engineering Understanding:
- Provide technical insight into projects related to cybersecurity and AI product engineering.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Understand technical details sufficiently to manage project timelines and anticipate risks.
Risk and Financial Management:
- Assess risks across projects, providing mitigation strategies.
- Work with finance teams to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are executed within financial constraints.
- Assist in budgeting exercises for both operational and project-specific needs.
Global Operations:
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and handle projects in different geographies.
- Willingness to travel on short notice to oversee projects or accompany the CEO to important meetings.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Diplomatic handling of interdepartmental and client-related matters.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of cybersecurity, AI, and product development.
- Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating professional, executive-level presentations, including data visualization and storytelling.
- Project Management Expertise: Experience in leading complex projects from conception to completion.
- Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Leadership and People Skills: Ability to motivate teams, mediate conflicts, and drive results with authority and diplomacy.
- Travel Readiness: Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
- Multitasking and Organizational Skills: Capable of juggling multiple tasks and keeping all projects on track.
