Position: Technical Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct risk and change management.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities and quality assurance.
- Own end-to-end delivery of virtual assistant solutions.
- Communicate project plans to align stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and track milestones.
- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Guide customers toward effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of program management experience in a startup (5-30 employees).
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience managing 3+ full projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with offshore and virtual teams.
