Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.
- Experience building, automating, and developing large scale distributed systems from the ground up.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical related field.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing end-to end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
- Experience with analyzing data to understand trends, drive process improvements, and consumer facing products.
