- Lead & manage multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with stakeholder's objectives and timelines.
- Plan, organize resources, set clear timelines, and oversee project execution to achieve successful tangible outcomes.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking to address challenges and optimize processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build alliances, foster teamwork, and achieve common goals.
- Focus on delivering measurable outcomes and tangible results, by setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build rapport and trust with product owners, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
What we look for
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Product Manager or Product Manager.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of what it takes to release a feature with high quality and understanding that the real success of any feature is that it performs well in the real world.
- Excellent decision-making skills to make the right trade-offs & determining what goes into a release and what does not.
- Ability to understand technical designs and conduct technical meetings/design discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a project from inception to release to real-world success.
- Engineering Degree, preferably computer science or related.
- A business degree/certificate is a plus but not necessary.
- Prior experience in an engineering role is desirable.
