We are seeking candidates for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) role, preferably with a strong background in software development

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of technical program management experience within an engineering organization, with overall 7+ years in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct work experience in a technical program management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution.

Knowledge of technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth.

Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs.

Direct experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors.

Experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale programs and projects.

Excellent communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication and attention to detail.

Experience with software engineering practices and familiarity with coding techniques.

Ability to quickly adapt to the faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience in planning and collaboration tools.
