Job Description Summary
In this role, you will be developing ,managing multiple productsand deliver best-in-class solution using internal and external resources ,as well as ensuring consistency and future alignment with strategic broader product innovations.
You will be the functional liaison for keystakeholders, including key internal & external customer contacts, technical Architects, Technical Consultants and 3rd Party Consultants to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.
This role will require to develop ideas and suggestion in cooperation with our functional partners to continuously evolve the solutions we provide.

In This Role, You Will
- Lead the product vision and migration efforts for GTM & other IT products with enterprise wide coverage.
- Develop the roadmap and simplification strategy by partnering with functional stakeholders.
- Interact with customers/stakeholders for requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the product technology stack (custom components with lot of data endpoints) and impact on final products.
- Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer and engineering teams.
- Owns the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
- Owns and manages the multiple product backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure the delivery commitments.
- Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
- Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Engages frequently with the SMEs,facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
- Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable work unit. (Rally, Confluence.
- Will be working on multiple IT products with ability to efficiently switch & multitask.
- Mentors junior team members.
- Expertise in Agile & Lean Methodology.
- Proven business acumen and ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results in a complex business environment.
- Brings product management experience to deliver best in class outcomes while optimizing the expenses.
- Orchestrate & lead large projects with to drive strategic platform growth.
- Influence product roadmap and strategy creation. Partner with IT counterparts and operational lteams to prioritize on strategic tasks and deploy solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in IT industry managing IT products in retail,banking and financial ,Healthcare techno/functional domain.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a technical product leader or equivalent.
- Proficiency and in-depth technical expertise in Product developmentwith focus on Lean & Financial KPI.
- Demonstrate utilization of industry wide accepted Decision Making, Problem Solving, Prioritization and Innovation frameworks.
- Expert hands-on knowledge is creating product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Expert knowledge in managing multiple products and ability to switch between varied product domains.
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage ofKPIs
- Exposure to custom IT product management and product growth strategy creation.
- Proficient in program/product management frameworks focusing on experimentation, discovery and customer problem first mindset.
- Ability to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
- Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.

- Familiarity with software development standard methodologies
