Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, supporting Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, PI Planning).
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development, ensuring feedback is integrated and needs are met.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team on constraints and solutions; facilitate UAT and collaborate with QA on acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously improve Agile processes and drive product quality through data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Technical understanding of software development processes, with experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
