Job Description:

To add to our dynamic team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager. You will be in charge of managing the creation and implementation of our technical products in your capacity as a technical product manager, making sure they satisfy our clients demands and complement the goals of our business.

Responsibilities:

Define the product vision, strategy, and road-map based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and define product specifications.

Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Monitor product performance and user feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.

Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.

Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies, APIs, and cloud technologies.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products throughout the product lifecycle.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly desirable.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
