Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. Define the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on customer needs and competitive analysis.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
- Technical Expertise:Serve as the subject matter expert on technical aspects of the product. Understand the underlying technology stack, architecture, and implementation details to make informed decisions and guide development efforts.
- Feature Definition: Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed feature specifications and user stories. Define acceptance criteria and success metrics to ensure the quality and usability of the product.
- Project Management: Drive the execution of product development projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features, resolve technical challenges, and mitigate risks.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth. Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform product decisions and roadmap prioritization.
- Product Evangelism: Champion the product internally and externally. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials. Present product updates and demos to customers, partners, and executives.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterate on product features based on user feedback, usage data, and market insights. Collect and analyze metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for optimization and innovation.
