We are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the development and enhancement of our Business Intelligence (BI) product in the marine terminals space
As a Technical Product Manager for our BI product, you will play a crucial role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that empower our customers to make data-driven decisions
Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for our BI product.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with the engineering team to deliver product features and enhancements on schedule.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the BI space.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
Lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure the product meets quality standards and compliance requirements.
Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or Software Management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and other BI tools.
Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and dashboard design preferred.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (eg, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Understanding of agile development methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges.
Knowledge of BI industry trends and emerging technologies.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
