We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join our innovative startup. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving compliance endeavors within the company. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with internal stakeholders such as engineering, sales, product, HR, and more, to ensure that existing processes adhere to the companys compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Furthermore, you will participate in the development of prototype solutions, crafting technical content and presentations. You will engage with clients and partners to architect their cloud network solutions, with a direct influence on shaping the Alkira solutions roadmap. This multifaceted role encompasses both inbound and outbound activities. Ideal candidates will possess a track record of thriving in a dynamic startup environment, showcasing their capability to grasp the company s vision and translate it into tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities and activities:
- Deep understanding of Alkira internal processes, policies, and solutions
- Ability to update and create new policies and processes as needed
- Point of contact for internal teams for all initiatives pertaining to the companys compliance and security posture
- Assist in prototyping efforts by working closely with product management and engineering
- Help the sales team in responding to customer security questionnaires
- Create customer and partner technical collateral and work closely with sales and sales engineering
- Build reference architectures and best practice documents
- Ability to create demonstrations and showcase business value to customers and partners
- Conduct competitive analysis and create battle cards and other competitive tools
- Supporting trade shows and training events
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create solution briefs, presentations, videos, webinar content, and blogs
Job Requirements:
- BS / MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 1+ years of experience in technical marketing, sales engineering or engineering organization
- Strong technical foundation in networking and network services technologies
- Thorough understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design and customer implementations including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Experience with multi-tenant cloud applications delivered in a SaaS model
- Ability to produce content for product marketing and draft design guides for field enablement
- Scripting experience is highly desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrate passion and willingness to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Start-up experience and understanding of compliance requirements for SaaS solutions will be a plus
