Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Presales Manager located in Noida. As a Technical Presales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing technical support activities, conducting research and development (R&D) activities, leading and managing projects, and providing analytical insights to drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to develop technical solutions and provide support to our trade customers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Customer Service/ Sales
• Manage the backend of the Cloud.
• Technical support expertise especially on Cloud/CSP/ Products and services
• Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Cloud technologies are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
