Role Description

We are seeking a IT Outbound Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at WEBSINGH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong client relationships to fuel growth and success. Your role will be crucial in identifying new opportunities and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through various channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Business Communication: Engage in clear, persuasive communication with potential and existing clients.
  • Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
