Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Operations Manager at Hadwise Technologies. To lead and manage the team of Project / Service Engineers / Technicians and drive the execution & management of AMC and New project life cycle starting from basic engineering design phase to commissioning of project. The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, providing technical training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring excellent customer service by managing team in their day to day operation. Develop and implement strategies for optimum result.

The role typically encompasses streamlining business operations, ensuring quality control, optimizing supply chain logistics, and managing budgets and forecasts. The role also work closely with various departments, including HR, to support staff development and adherence to workplace standards.

Objective of this role

  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments

The role aim to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

These responsibilities are representative and the role holder is also responsible for any other job assigned by the superior authorities from time to time.

Required Skills and qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • An aptitude for learning new things
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the CCTV,Fire Alarm, Wireless technology or related industry is a plus.
