We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our systems. The Technical Operations Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support various technical solutions and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of our technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary to ensure minimal downtime.
Implement and manage automated deployment, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient technical solutions.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as patch management, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Document technical configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology operations and infrastructure management.
Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide support outside of regular business hours, as needed.
