Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Manager to join our team at a leading Mechanical SolidWorks Software company. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for SolidWorks License installations, Customer Support, Trouble shooting, Value Added Services, Team Handling and Mechanical Design audit activities for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Installation & Implementation of SOLIDWORKS licenses at customer's place.
• Provide Solidworks Software Training to the Customers.
• Conducting Design Audit at Customers end.
• Conducting VAS (Value Added Services) activities.
• Prepare and conduct technical training programs for existing customers falls under VAS activity.
• Preparing the Solidworks Technical Content for knowledge sharing to the customers.
• Identify the technical requirements / concerns / queries of customer and resolve them by performing demonstration on SOLIDWORKS Software.
• Provide appropriate solutions to the technical issues faced by the customers.
• Prioritizing and dealing with the issues in a timely manner....
• Provide technical guidance to the team members as and when required.
• Team handling
• Provide support and guidance to team members for SolidWorks certifications
• Co-ordination with the Parent company for the daily / monthly reporting
