- Should have hands-on coding experience of at least 7 years
- Lead technical projects and provide guidance to the team
- Design and implement high-quality software solutions using Java, Hadoop, and other technologies
- Manage databases such as RDBMS/Oracle/Bigdata efficiently
- Develop and optimize data structures and algorithms for performance
- Utilize messaging platforms like Kafka/Rabbit MQ for data processing
- Work with Unix systems for deployment and maintenance tasks
- Focus on customer engagement strategies and solutions
- Collaborate with the team using tools like Eclipse for software development
