Roles and Responsibilities

1. Overall 10-14 years

2. With minimum 4 years managing and mentoring a team of at least 6 people

3. Should have worked in product company for at least 3 years OR Should have E2E experience in designing, developing and delivering a large scale project involving distributed processing for a major American or European client

4. Should have hands-on coding experience of at least 7 years

• Lead technical projects and provide guidance to the team
• Design and implement high-quality software solutions using Java, Hadoop, and other technologies
• Manage databases such as RDBMS/Oracle/Bigdata efficiently
• Develop and optimize data structures and algorithms for performance
• Utilize messaging platforms like Kafka/Rabbit MQ for data processing
• Work with Unix systems for deployment and maintenance tasks
• Focus on customer engagement strategies and solutions
• Collaborate with the team using tools like Eclipse for software development
