Technical Manager - APAC (Based Delhi)

To support our continued growth in this key region, we are recruiting a Technical Manager to oversee all governance related to our activity across all our platforms. The role will be pivotal in Ensuring APAC Franchise Partners Assurance is maintained to ensure safety, legality and compliance to the Costa Quality Management System, the Costa Global Partner Technical Policy and associated processes and local legislation. A bit about the role...

The role of Technical Manager is responsible for Technical governance and performance monitoring across the APAC region for all Costa platforms, Ensuring APAC Franchise Partners Assurance is maintained to ensure safety, legality and compliance to the Costa Quality Management System, the Costa Global Partner Technical Policy and associated processes and local legislation.

You would be responsible for governance and performance in Region for Costa platforms selling food & beverage sourced and/or nominated by Costa. Ensuring that governance procedures are implemented to manage technical risk across Costa Supplier Assurance, Technical commercialisation, Quality & Food Safety. Just a few of the key activities would include:

  • Driving Technical performance via metrics and targets, reporting and governance reviews with Regional franchise and supply chain teams (covers Costa Franchise Partners, Costa Suppliers, Bottlers & Independent Food Safety audit activities within the Region).
  • Leading the technical governance and monitoring of the regional franchise partners:
  • Conducting technical audits of regional franchise partners and Costa suppliers to assure compliance with local legislative requirements and Costa standards.
  • Being the First point of contact for Costa technical in region for Costa franchise partners.

  • Experienced working in a High risk Food production/operation environment e.g. Chilled RTE
  • Proven track record of working with stakeholders in APAC countries
  • Experienced in communication and liaising with teams across the world.
  • HND/Degree in either Science of Food Science related subject preferable
  • Formal Food Hygiene and Allergen training
  • Have the ability to work remotely and to be a team player.
  • Experienced working with multi skilled teams.
