Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager at BHAGWAN ENGINEERING WORKS located in Jagatsinghapur. The Technical Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including team management, technical support, research and development (R&D), project management, and utilizing analytical skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D)
• Should have valid chief engineer certificate and must have sailed in any bulk carrier, tanker or container ships as a cheif engineer.
• Team Management and Project Management
• Technical Support expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the engineering industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
