Role - Technical Leader (TL)- Java
Responsibility
- Responsible for Module level design, development, and technical delivery
- Technical mentoring to Developer and Sr. Developer
- Agile delivery of given Module and Project including Tracking of Development with proper Tools like Jira
- Code Review, NFR, and other aspects of development.
Technology Skill
- Hands-on development and design experience in JAVA 21, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Boot, Maven, SQL
- Strong REST API design and implementation skills with JSON and XML
- Familiarity with Angular 8+.
- Knowledge on Micro-service architecture,
- Understanding of working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with MySQL or any other RDBMS Database.
Requirement
- Passion for customizing and delivering large-scale lending platforms.
- Total 8-10 years of experience required in the Development and Delivery of product / customized solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in technical delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, written as well as verbal to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications: BCA/BSC_ITMCA/Msc-IT/BE/ME
- Agile delivery process understanding using JIRA.
