Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development - Creo & AutoCAD, Heavy Fabrication, design calculations, Piping.
Good manufacturing processes understanding of Sheetmetal, Heavy fabrication and machining.
The candidate needs to have good working experience in Creo, drawing reading, Manufacturing process (This is technical side of it)
Team Management skills include but not limited to following:
Work distribution.
Team management.
Resolve technical issues of the team.
Help team in case of technical doubts related to Creo and design like manufacturing process, GD&T, Drawings views reading.
Team growth, team member empowerment, grooming the engineers to enhance their technical skills.
Customer interaction for seamless projects delivery like ensuring OTD, quality (RFT).
Excellent communication skills (both e-mail writing, verbal communication).
RequirementsExperience and Skills Required:
Experience Range - 8 to 10 Years
Qualification - BTech / B.E. Mechanical or Associated Branches.
Preferred Industry:
Steel EPC's / heavy design engineering consultancies from cement/metal.
Exposure to Steel Plant /Nonferrous Making Equipment will be an advantage.
