Technical Lead

Role

We're looking for a Technical Lead to scale and lead our talented team of engineers. The successful candidate will oversee the engineering department (vertical in the engineering department), ensuring the successful delivery of projects, fostering a collaborative work environment, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the organization.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Level: Senior Level

Qualifications & Skills

1. Has led and mentored a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Strong technical background with expertise in AWS & MERN Stack.
3. Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using AWS and the MERN stack.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to completion in a collaborative environment with a focus on Solution architecture.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our solutions.
8. You're passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact.
