Key Responsibilities
- Guide the engineering team through initial scaling and growth phases.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Oversee the development of secure, robust, and scalable B2B software.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Drive the AI/ML technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into products.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing engineering team, setting the standard for technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 institution.
- 5-6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading teams through zero-to-one scaling in startups or enterprise software.
- Strong expertise in architecting scalable, high-performance systems.
- Experience in B2B enterprise software and familiarity with AI/ML integration.
- A visionary mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
