Job Description- Technical Lead
We at Client have an urgent opening for the position of Technical Lead .The ideal candidate will be responsible for a demanding and rewarding variety of duties related to the development, enhancement and delivery of software system. Experience
6-8 years of experience in independently designing and implementing small or medium-sized software systems and components using any technology.
Qualification
- Essential: 16 years of education
- Desirable: MCA, B.Tech /B.E (IT,CS, Electronics and communication).
Mandatory Skills
- Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
- Should be open to work over any technology.
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Reviews work of the development team.
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library.
- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
- Communicates and enforces coding standards
- Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers.
- Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to clients.
- Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
- Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product.
- Knowledge of Agile software development would be an added advantage
