Job Description:
- Strong knowledge on SQL with Performance Tuning, writing complex queries, stored
Procedures, Functions, Packages and Triggers using SQL and PL/SQL Skills.
- Good analytical, logical, trouble shooting, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, excellent
communication skills- both written and verbal, critical thinking.
- Should be able to develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures on
application support services.
- Manages the team (around 7+) to ensure that all support or service requests are dealt with
according to the agreed procedures.
- Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
- Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an
issue.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Ensure data integrity and security in all database environments.
- Monitor database systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and
guidelines.
- Review existing application DB PL/SQL and Stored procedures to recommend any
improvement. Review and guide the rest of the development team to improve solutions.
- Execution of integration test and validation of test results, extending product support for
Production and UAT.
