Technical Lead ServiceNow
We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of expertise to take ownership of our ServiceNow platform and lead the development and implementation of critical solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, hands-on experience in multiple modules, and leadership skills to guide a team in delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and others.
- Oversee end-to-end development processes, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
- Drive platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement and maintain complex workflows, integrations, and automations within ServiceNow.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow features and innovations to optimize platform performance and functionality.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC.
- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor development teams.
- In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development best practices, and system administration.
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript) and developing custom workflows, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
- Experience with third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of working effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
