What is in it for you

As a Technical Lead in Selenium Java, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with developers, test engineers, project managers and other stakeholders across the SDLC
• Executing automated test iterations, tracking and reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating bug fixes.
• Designing, building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Designing, developing and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium C#
• Automating API testing based on project needs.
• Integrating the automation suite in the CI Pipeline
• Executing the automation scripts on containerized environments, if required
• Managing client and team expectations around automation project deliverables
• Resolving technical challenges faced within projects on a day-to-day basis.
• Building domain knowledge around healthcare standards, workflows and technologies
• Regularly sharing status updates with leads/client managers

Educational Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills:

Mandatory Technical skills

• 4+ years hands-on expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium Java
• Awareness of the automation testing lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Python and its helper classes/libraries
• Experience in building automation frameworks for Web/Angular/ applications BDD frameworks
• Expertise in API Automation using one or more API automation tools.
• Experience in database validations / interactions
• Knowledge of integrating automation frameworks in the CI pipeline.
• Ability to design test cases based on requirements, if needed.
• Awareness of design patterns in automation testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to have skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile processes, QA lifecycle and automation methodology
• Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage
