Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python and Django, with a strong background in GraphQL, Firebase, Docker, MySQL, and GCP. As a Technical Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in all phases of the development process.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Django, and GraphQL.
- Manage databases using MySQL and implement efficient data storage and retrieval strategies.
- Oversee server deployment and management on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ensure seamless integration of frontend components with backend services using React.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and ensure smooth deployment and scaling of applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain version control using GIT and manage code repositories.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (GCP CI/CD experience is a plus).
