Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in MERN stack development and project management to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple software projects, guiding our talented tech team, and ensuring the successful delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with X+ years specifically in MERN stack development.

- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, successfully leading and mentoring a team of developers.

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their ecosystem and best practices.

- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Trello.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, MongoDB Certified Developer).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
