Must Have's

• Lead a team of iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)/ Front End (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Back End (C#) developers and ensure alignment of the technical direction
• A clear technical vision, resolving technical disagreements and managing the technical quality of team deliverables

• Promote collaboration and engagement in inter and intra team interactions
• Stickler for ensuring deliverables is complete as per defined timeline
