Technical Lead_odoo

As a Tech Lead specialising in Odoo, The person will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of Odoo-based solutions. He/ She will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, guide a team of developers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. His/ her expertise in Odoo's ERP system will be crucial in driving our projects and contributing to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices in coding, design, and implementation.

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and design scalable and efficient Odoo solutions that meet business needs.

Development: Oversee and actively contribute to the development of custom modules, integrations, and enhancements within the Odoo platform.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality, bug-free software.

Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems in Odoo implementations.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, configurations, and changes for future reference and compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and industry trends, and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of Odoo solutions.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) working with Odoo, including hands-on experience with Odoo development, customization, and deployment.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. Experience with Odoo frameworks and libraries is essential.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading development teams, managing projects, and delivering complex technical solutions.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address
